When asked if Our Lady has a message for the United States of America, Ivan responds that her messages to the world are for everyone, because she loves ALL her children, every single one of them, because she is the mother of all of us.

Gospa, the Queen of Peace, always invites us to pray for peace... First the peace must reign in our hearts, individually. Then also the harmony of peace in the family.

In 1981, the Blessed Mother began appearing to six young people, (“visionaries”) and giving messages to the world through them, in a small Croatian Catholic church parish in Bosnia Hercegovina named #Medjugorje. She told the visionaries, "I have come to tell the world that God exists. He is the fullness of life, and to enjoy this fullness and peace, you must return to God”.

  Our Lady , Gospa, in her Medjugorje message has often outstretched her hands towards us and tells us all, her "dear children" that she loves us as our Mother more than we know.

 Jakov started an organization years ago which helps those in need and wants to be her outstretched hands. Today many poverty-stricken people in his country do not have food or heat for the winter.

Jakov is the youngest of visionaries that the Blessed Virgin Mary started appearing to in Medjugorje in 1981. Since then many hundreds of thousands of pilgrims came to this remote area between the mountains high up in Bosnia Hercegovina. The families there welcomed one and all and adapted their lives these 40 years, accommodating the influx of humanity from all corners of the world. They are helping others when they can also. Today, the  country is in dire need. Medjugorje families help others when possible and keep praying for all of us.

Although we all can't see or hear the Blessed Virgin Mary when she appears to the visionaries, we see how they drop to their knees when she appears, and pray together with Gospa, Our Lady Queen of Peace, then after she speaks with them, they all say, "Ode!" at the same time when she disappears.

Miriam and Christine, daughters of Helen and Joseph Sarcevic, were #blessed to be able to join some of the pilgrims in that room off to the side of the altar and witnessed the apparition when we traveled there in 1983. Though very excited, we prayed and prayed. We were able to feel a tremendous comforting peace inside ourselves at that time, as though the Holy Spirit was filling us with God's graces. :-)   

Our Lady is instructing us all the time to open our hearts in prayer. We can all feel God's graces and His love wherever we are  anywhere in the entire world.
