1990 Medjugorje memory

 a 1990s Medjugorje memory :-)

Remembering the lovely kind faith-filled family life that we witness and share in Medjugorje Croatian Catholic Church parish of Medjugorje, Bosnia Hercegovina. With every visit Mir-Peace pilgrimage tour group shares in many excellent experiences with each family there who live love joy and faith in God Almighty, including Rajko Elez & visionary Ivanka Elez and their children (now adults). How time passes!

The original people in the #Medjugorje parish, ALL the families, are role models on many levels as they exemplify good loving family values, respect & trust in God's plan for the Pope, priests, Catholic Church, life, all other religions, every pilgrim, honesty, nature,... without judgement or superiority. They've answered Gospa's, Our Lady's call since 1981 to pray, open their hearts to her Son, Jesus Christ and share the Light of the World... that helps Medjugorje become a "heaven on earth" as they help each of us get closer to God Our Father. We can't wait to travel back and see everyone! soon! to pray the rosary as we climb Apparition Hill, Cross Mountain, attend Holy Mass,...
May you and your family answer Gospa's call which is also God's call to learn to truly love each other and all souls without exception. For eternal salvation.

pray and open heart like flowers to the warmth of sun

May our hearts open in faith today, and more & more everyday!  Pray, read & learn from the Gospel. Our Lady, the Blessed Virgin Mary has been asking this of us for 39 years in Medjugorje. She loves each of us and perseveres in teaching us how to get closer to our Father, through His mercy and graces.  Then we can convert to faith and trust in Him better and better.

Hvala Bogu! Thank God!

(ENGLISH)
"Dear children! Pray, pray, keep praying until your heart opens in faith as a flower opens to the warm rays of the sun. This is a time of grace which God gives you through my presence but you are far from my heart, therefore, I call you to personal conversion and to family prayer. May Sacred Scripture always be an incentive for you. I bless you all with my motherly blessing. Thank you for having responded to my call."
(HRVATSKI)
 “Draga djeco! Molite, molite, samo molite dok se vaše srce otvori u vjeru kao cvijet koji se otvara toplim zrakama sunca. Ovo je vrijeme milosti koje vam Bog daje po mojoj prisutnosti a vi ste daleko od mog srca, zato vas pozivam na osobno obraćenje i obiteljsku molitvu. Neka vam Sveto pismo uvijek bude poticaj. Sve vas blagoslivljem mojim majčinskim blagoslovom. Hvala vam što ste se odazvali mome pozivu. ”

Father, forgive them LENT EASTER quotes

"...that is the salvation of the people."                              ~Gospa, Medjugorje
Forgive others - don't complain. don't judge don't be afraid - Pray!

Dec, 1981 during apparition of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Gospa, to the Medjugorje visionaries: Gospa was serious; she knelt down with arms extended while praying:

"My beloved Son, I beseech you to be willing to forgive the world its great sin through which it offends you."

The next day: While we were saying our prayers, the Blessed Virgin intervened:
"Oh, My Son Jesus, forgive these sins, there are so many of them!"
Then we were all silent.
"Continue to pray, because that is the salvation of the people."

New Testament of the Bible. (EN) Gospel according to Luke 23:34 (HR) Evanđelje po Luki 23:34(ENGLISH)
Jesus said, “Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing...”(HRVATSKI) 'Oprosti im, Oče, jer ne znaju što čine!' reče Isus...

Gospa has reminded us that even natural law can be suspended with true prayer from the heart, fasting and sacrifice... & often to trust God's Will, forgive others, live as her Son did while he was here on earth, by answering God's call in our lives, love others, have respect and mercy... forgiveness.
Reflecting on sacrifice and forgiveness this Lent.
This year, we can overcome this crisis coronavirus covid-19... as Fr Petar Ljubicic called it, "virus of sin"... together.
